I have an eye for details, and I will bring that skill and my mortgage lending knowledge to the table when I help you from start to close. I will be keeping my eyes open the whole way!

I was an internal auditor for 12 years, specializing in reviewing risk management practices and banking operations. Currently, I still hold the nationally recognized Certified Internal Auditor certificate. I have a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Economics with an Emphasis in Accounting.

To get to know me better, I want to tell you about my story. As a first-generation immigrant from Vietnam, I embraced my new life in California and the English language. My hardworking parents bought their home and fulfilled their American home, and in this home, they housed several relatives so that our family members can have new opportunities in the United States. Because of these experiences, I believe we all have the ability to buy a house and turn it into a home. A home is security, warmth and a haven for us to express ourselves. Whether we plan to share the space with family, host parties, drink a glass of wine solo, start a new business, or create a garden–a home is a wonderful investment. I am ready to help you to buy that investment or sell a house to invest in a home you are now ready for.

I moved around a lot most of my lifetime, and my life experience has taught me firsthand how comforting it is to make a home and return to it after a trip. I lived in at least three cities in Vietnam and too many to count in California until I decided to settle in Orange County. You got the point! What I am trying to say is I know how hard it is to move, and it is even harder to pick where to settle down roots. Buying a house or selling one has pressures!

Finding the right home is a big, emotional purchase, and I believe we all just want to feel like we belong in a community. I want to help you get to know our community, discover things you didn't know before, and walk next to you on your real estate journey.
